Gresë Sermaxhaj
Communications Associate
Gresë Sermaxhaj is an graduate with Honors from the University of Prishtina, Kosovo, in the Department of Political Science with background in public relations and communications.
For over three years, she worked as Public Relations Coordinator at Kosovo Women’s Network (KWN), the country’s oldest women’s rights organization. She was engaged as a freelance writer for International Magazine Youth Time based in Prague, Czech Republic.
Gresë recently completed studies in Public Media Relations at the College of DuPage, Glen Ellyn, IL, as a scholarship holder from the U.S. Department of State, through the Community College Initiative Program (CCI).
She is a 2023 Goldin Global Fellow (English), where, for five months, she participated in weekly roundtables with the global cohort and learned together as a Community of Practice. She completed the Goldin Global Fellows curriculum on the GATHER Platform, a mobile platform for shared learning built by Goldin Insitute.
Gresë works as a Communications Associate at the Goldin Institute, highlighting international fellows through interviews, feature stories, and crafting social media content.
