Dilia is a leader in her territory; she has a strong desire to guide, organize, and support her community to build themselves a better path. She is a noble-hearted woman with goals; an agricultural worker who is willing to do whatever it takes to overcome the obstacles that arise when working on environmental issues. For example, she is promoting, alongside thirty women, the importance of recycling, the mitigation of environmental damage in the territory, and avoiding harm to water sources and soil for agricultural development, which she believes is one of our most important sources of sustenance.
