Celine Osukwu is the Program Manager and Coordinator for the Community Life Project and Divine Foundation for Disabled Persons in Lagos, Nigeria. Osukwu has a Master’s degree in International Relations from Middlesex University in London, a Diploma in Development Leadership from Coady International Institute of St. Francis Xavier University, Canada, and a Bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations from the University of Benin, Nigeria. She has contributed her passion and skills to achieving inclusive social change and protection of rights of individuals. She hones her expertise and perspective by being part of a global community – thinking globally to act locally.
