Arrey-Echi Agbor-Ndakaw is the Founder of the Joy2Endure Foundation, bringing hope and support to people with sickle cell and other disabilities in Yaounde, Cameroon. Agbor-Ndakaw uses her personal experiences to advocate for the inclusion of people with invisible disabilities and sickle cell. She writes articles, blog posts, and online campaigns like #BreakTheSilence and #BeASickleCellVoice, and has earned numerous awards, including the Sickle Cell 101 International Advocate of the Year 2019, World Pulse Spirit Award Encourager Category 2020, and Deaf Women Breaking Barriers Award 2021, and was named a WILD (Women In Leadership & Disability) Woman. Agbor-Ndakaw is expanding her mission to the world.
