Riccadonna Chaidez is Manager at Chicago’s Community Safety Coordination Center, which is in process to become a facility operated by the City of Chicago. Chaidez has been integral to the development of community networks and service integration/coordination strategies for youth and adults in communities experiencing violence. Chaidez’s educational background in public health, epidemiology and business administration is a combination that empowers her to apply evidence-based and sustainable strategic approaches to address complex social issues and improve outcomes for health as well as education. She is passionate about empowering and advocating for vulnerable and marginalized populations, and promoting equity and education.
