Apply to Join the 2025 Chicago Peace Fellows
Are you ready to learn and work together as a community of practice with a network of peace activists across Chicago?
In partnership with the Chicago Fund for Safe and Peaceful Communities, the Goldin Institute is now accepting applications from Chicago Fund grantees for the 2025 Chicago Peace Fellows.
Now entering its seventh year, the Chicago Peace Fellows is a collective of over 100 grassroots leaders who support peace building in communities on the West and South sides of the city. Chicago Peace Fellows represent organizations that work closest to many of the issues we face as a city and are taking action!
The Chicago Peace Fellows program brings together leaders that are promoting peace in their communities who are open to learning and working collaboratively with peers across the city.
Participants in the program will receive a $1,500 stipend and access to the GATHER platform for peer-to-peer learning at your own pace as well as a wide variety of workshops and exclusive discussions with civic leaders.
Upon completion of the program, Peace Fellows join a global Alumni network of over 200 local leaders that spans over 50 countries across the globe.
The 2025 Chicago Peace Fellows will run for 8 months from March 20th – November 20th and requires a commitment of at least 5 hours per week for group meetings as well as learning at your own pace on the GATHER Platform.
Fellows will meet every Thursday from noon – 1:30 PM for a wide ranging series of workshops, events and learning opportunities beginning March 20th and running through a graduation ceremony on November 20th.
If you can commit to this intensive but rewarding experience and want to join this unique Fellowship program designed for community peace activists, we invite you to apply before February 20th!
