Samtse Sudesh Pokhrel is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reimagining Society in Bhutan, which integrates well-being across ecosystems, an initiative he conceived while a climate activist in the GYCN MTE World Bank Program. An International Relations postgraduate, Pokhrel was certified a Sustainability Leader from United People Global, a G20 Young Global Changer by the World Policy Forum in Berlin, a Max Thabiso Edkins Climate Ambassador 2022, and a Young South Asian Network fellow by the Hanns Seidel Foundation. Pokhrel participated in a Regional Water Governance workshop in Bangkok and presented at the Annual Learning Forum by TROSA, OXFAM, and the Swedish government.
